How to make Dim Sums

Instructions:

  3. Knead dough for a few minutes, then let rest for 10 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together shrimp, mushrooms, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and egg.
  5. Roll out dough into small circles.
  6. Spoon shrimp mixture into the center of each dough circle.
  7. Pinch the edges of the dough to seal the filling inside.
  8. Steam dumplings for 10-15 minutes or until fully cooked.
  9. Serve with soy sauce or dipping sauce of choice.
